This painting embodies the ideal afternoon as a passerby might stumble across a open door, beckoning them into a sumptous feast and a glass of wine. Lush wisteria hangs overhead as pots of flowers bask in the afternoon sun. This painting is in the permanent collection of the Cincinnatian Hotel and is on display in the elegant Palace restaurant.
